Terms of use
Last updated: 13 October 2026
These terms apply when you use this website. By using it, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
This website is run by Lisa Leung, a digital artworker based in the United Kingdom.
Email: lisaleung@hotmail.co.uk
2. Copyright in the artwork
- All artwork, images and text on this website are protected by copyright. Unless a page says otherwise, the copyright belongs to Lisa Leung. Some client work is shown with the client’s permission and may also belong to them.
- You may view the website and share links to its pages. You may not copy, download, reproduce, edit, sell or publish any of the artwork, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
- You may not use the artwork or any other content on this website to train, fine-tune or test artificial intelligence or machine learning systems, or collect it by scraping or other automated means. We reserve all rights for text and data mining.
- To ask about licensing or using a piece, email lisaleung@hotmail.co.uk.
3. Private work and client accounts
- The private gallery is for clients and studios we’ve invited. Accounts are created by us; you can’t sign up yourself.
- Your account is for you only. Please keep your password safe and don’t share your sign-in details.
- Work in the private gallery may be unreleased or covered by a client’s confidentiality agreement. Please treat it as confidential: don’t download, screenshot, share or show it to anyone outside your organisation without our written permission.
- We may change or remove your access at any time, for example when a project ends or if these terms are broken.
4. Commissions
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, and using it doesn’t create a contract for any work. Commissions and licences are agreed separately, in writing, including the price, what’s delivered and what rights you receive.
5. Using the website
- The website is provided as it is. We may change it or take it offline at any time.
- Please don’t try to break, overload or get around the security of the site, including trying to reach the private gallery without an account.
- Links to other websites are for convenience; we’re not responsible for their content.
- We don’t exclude or limit any liability that the law doesn’t allow us to exclude or limit, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
7. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
